NEGOCIACION COLECTIVA DE TRABAJO 2007

Hoy lunes cuatro (4)  de diciembre las comisiones negociadoras de “SINTRACARBON” y de CERREJON LLc, se reunieron y acordaron la forma de negociación, la cual se realizará por paquetes,  se discutió y revisó la conformación de los paquetes a discutir, acordándose iniciar la sustentación por el paquete de salud.

Las partes acuerdan reiniciar las conversaciones el día martes cinco (5) de diciembre a partir de las 9:00 a.m.

COLLECTIVE BARGAINING NEGOTIATION 2007

Today Monday December 4 the negotiating committees of Sintracarbón and Cerrejón met and agreed to the method of negotiation, which will be by section.  The different sections were discussed and we agreed to begin with the section on health issues.

We agreed to renew the negotiations at 9 am on Tuesday December 5.
