	VT Music was established by 'Roger Vincent Tari' (Composer/Producer/Musician) in 1994 to seek out Unknown Artists and talent form around the World in order for their Music to be extended globally as it otherwise might not be... The VT Publication, "Music Of The World For Youth Culture" acts as both a stepping stone for Artists who wish to outreach other territories Internationally as well as becoming a preservatory for past music created by musicians years ago but who remained unknown . Many of these Artists have only been credited in their homeland, others have not. Sometimes the music never gets the chance to come to the States "and Thats A Shame" ! .. There are and continues to be, a wide variety of interesting music from around the globe as well as in the States, With our publication we are able to Introduce world talent and bring it to a new audience. More times then none, many Artists from years back are still active and producing music but, because You don't read about it, You would never know .. This includes New and past Artists alike. For past Artists, we administrate our goal by conducting research on a particular Artist who had been creating interesting music prior. We then archive the data via report or review. Once we locate the actual Artist we express our interests concerning their work and negotiate a license for release or the re-releasing of their recorded material. We document our findings either by interview and / or song release (sometimes both). Once we have a permission we can expose the music to younger audiences around the world through the publication. Needless to say, the results have been enormous for both Artist and fan. For newer Artists, we pin point on hunting out the most unique and talented within any given genre of musical styles from remote areas of the world including the USA. Each issue comes with a FREE CD so people can hear the music created by the Artists they are reading about... Teen Beat, Exotic Hard Rock, R&B, Intelligent Hip Hop, Neo Dance and Positive Rap.
