How To Reach the Súgán Theatre

These directions will help you find The Boston Center for the Arts (BCA) which is where The Súgán Theatre performs.

The BCA is located at 539 Tremont Street in Boston's South End between Clarendon Street and Berkeley Street. The BCA complex includes the Roberts and Wimberly Theatres in the Calderwood Pavilion and the two existing BCA Plaza theatres. The complex also includes the Atelier 505 Parking Garage (entrance on Warren Ave)

The address of the Box Office is 527 Tremont Street

From Storrow Drive

Take the Copley exit, go to the end of Clarendon Street and take a left onto Tremont Street. The BCA will be on your left. For parking in the Atelier 505 Parking Garage, turn left on Warren Ave before you come to Tremont.

From The Southeast Expressway
Get off at the East Berkeley Street exit. Go left at the first light on East Berkeley Street. Drive to the fifth set of lights, and go left onto Tremont Street. The BCA will be on your right.

From The Mass Pike
Get off at the Copley Square/Prudential exit. Follow signs for Copley. Stay straight on Stuart St. Take a right on Dartmouth Street. Travel to the end of Dartmouth Street; take a left onto Tremont Street. The BCA will be one block down on your left. For parking in the Atelier 505 Parking Garage, turn left on Warren Ave before you come to Tremont.

Traveling by the MBTA .
1. Take the Orange line to Back Bay Station. Exit onto Clarendon St. Walk down Clarendon Street and take a left onto Tremont Street. The BCA will be on your left.

2. Take the Green line to Copley Station; walk one block east on Boylston; turn right onto Clarendon, and walk down Clarendon until you reach Tremont. Turn left.

3. Bus #43 also stops in front of the BCA. The 43 runs from Park Street Station to Dudley Square in Roxbury.

Parking

On-street parking in the South End is extremely difficult to find and is not recommended.

If you must drive, these are the recommended parking options

1. Parking for 200 cars is available at the Atelier 505 Parking Garage adjacent to the theaters. No validation. The entrance is on Warren Avenue (see map). You may enter Warren Ave from either end to access the parking garage.

2. Valet parking is available for all shows right in front of the plaza theaters at the Boston Center for the Arts.

3. Another parking garage in the vicinity is the Garage at 100 Clarendon St between Stuart St and Columbus Ave (across from the Hard Rock Cafe): enter from Clarendon going south (see map).

4. Other parking lots in the vicinity are at the junction of Shawmut and Berkeley: enter from Berkeley going west or Shawmut going south (see map) and at the junction of Berkeley and Columbus Ave.
