I love to garden, so I'm still designing with all-things-gardening in mind!  :-)

Click on either the picture of the wheelbarrow, or the picture of the schoolhouse,
to go to the page with my newest patterns!

And, be sure to bookmark my newest designs page:
so that you can still access my newest patterns,
as my original site is usually unavailable for viewing

Hello and welcome to my original, knitted dishcloth designs page.

I've just added an additional site to house my newest designs:
http://home.earthlink.net/~mmburnham/
Just click on the picture of Melissa's Little Red Schoolhouse (above)
to see my newest designs, and be sure to scroll down this page to find several
(free) themed dishcloth designs,
including designs for Christmas,
Valentine's Day, Easter,
and Melissa's Little Cabin,
my most popular design.

Please remember that my original designs (on this page)
are being shared with you for your personal use only.
Please respect copyright laws.
You may not mass reproduce or distribute
these patterns for your own profit.
My designs are not to be posted to any other website
without my written permission,
to do so is a violation of copyright.

Special thanks to my friends
Jean Amundson for her help in test-knitting my designs,
and to my favorite 4-H knitting leader,
Janeen Hills Cleland,
who patiently taught me to knit,
and made all of this possible! ;-)

Happy knitting!

and you have the perfect baby shower gift!  :-)

These twelve, original, knitted dishcloth designs
are all about things that you might find in the garden.
Designed with easy knitting in mind, and using only knit and purl stitches,
they create a picture in the middle of the dishcloth,
just as the patterns that I've designed previously do.

just click on the Amazon.com link above.

P.S. I'm often asked what my favorite knitting books are.
I love books (and in this case, a nifty desktop calendar)
that feature different knitting stitches.
Here are three of my favorites--ask for them at your local library,
or take a look at them on Amazon:
