Click here to download flyer in PDF format	The Coalition to Ban Depleted Uranium, in cooperation with the Riverdale-Yonkers Society for Ethical Culture, will present our second forum on the consequences of the continuing use of Depleted Uranium (DU) on Monday, June 12 from 7PM - 9 PM at the Society for Ethical Culture, 4450 Fieldston Road Bronx, NY, 10471. Our distinguished panel includes: Frida Berrigan, Senior Research Assistant at the World Policy Institute, noted peace activist, writer, and daughter of activists Elizabeth McAlister and the late Philip Berrigan Rev. Lucius Walker, Director of the Interreligious Foundation for Community Organization(IFCO) and Founder of Pastors for Peace SSgt. Raymond Ramos, one of the soldiers bringing suit against the government and featured in the documentary "Poison Dust." The more we learn about DU, the more we understand about its devastating impact on the health and safety of civilians and military personnel, and the long range effects, both in time and distance, on the environment.

All buses go to the "monument" at 239th Street and Riverdale Avenue. The stop is a few steps past the monument. Walk north and make the first turn-off to the right just before the road goes under the overpass. This is Manhattan College Parkway. The Society Meeting House is straight ahead on the left, across from the Fieldston School. Come by car: 1. Northbound - Henry Hudson Parkway to 246th Street exit. Go straight ahead to 246th Street (light) and turn right. Go two blocks to the traffic circle and turn right onto Fieldston Road. Meeting House is at the end of the street on the left corner. 2. Southbound - Henry Hudson Parkway to 246th Street exit. Proceed south along parallel service road to 246th Street (light) and turn left. Go two blocks to traffic circle and turn right onto Fieldston Road. Meeting House is at the end of the street on the left corner.
