Phase One (Massage + verbal suggestion) 1, 11/2 or 2 hours

This first DeHypno-Massage session serves as an introduction to the complete Integrated Body Work-DeHypno-Massage process consisting of Phase One, Phase Two and Phase Three type sessions. It uses essential elements of all three phases. The session consists of an interview followed by a 11/2 hour massage. Throughout the massage verbal guidance is given. The client is led to dissociate from body/mind and instead identify as presence of awareness which induces a very deep state of relaxation of the body and conscious mind. The mind remains focused on the body, on observing the pleasure, the objects of sensory experiences.

The body/mind is introduced to aspects of Self (silence, peacefulness and untouchability) and the possibility of a relationship with Self. Most clients leave this session deeply inundated with silence, peace and bliss, and an increased ability of sustained living as awareness of the present moment, being the observer, the witness, of all of these body/mind experiences.

Phase One type sessions are highly recommended as an introduction to Integrated Body Work-DeHypno-Massage and as preparation to fully utilize Phase Two type sessions.

Phase Two (DeHypnotherapy only) 2 hours

Phase Two is a verbally guided process of Self-inquiry based on direct sensory experience. This is an entirely verbal process without space for hands-on bodywork. It is an opportunity to utilize and explore the whole range of Hypnotherapy and its gentle and effective tools.

After an initial interview in this phase the client's life story/issues are appreciated and examined/understood in context with concepts of birth and early development years. Understanding of memory and emotion, as well as projection, and conscious and unconscious intention is facilitated and directly experienced during this session by examining the interaction of body/mind with this moment's reality. Three aspects of Self that can be directly experienced by the body/mind (silence, peacefulness, untouchability) are pointed out and tasted. The difference between projected reality and reality without projection is facilitated.

In addition specific DeHypnotherapy sessions can be offered to assist the client with unresolved issues and misconceptions in the subconscious mind that hinder intended meaningful personal transformation.

DeHypnotherapy can evoke the recognition that all suffering in life is based on the conditioning we have received in early childhood, this deep identification with body/mind as who we are. The processes can leave the client aware of the possibility that life can be lived guided by conscious intention based on the awareness of this moment's reality rather than by submitting to unconscious projections of memories and programs that govern the unsolicited activities of the mind. The client is guided to a new perspective and appreciation on his/her life story and might be motivated to end the trance of suffering.

A Phase Two DeHypnotherapy session helps people to be deeply prepared for the additional de-conditioning process of Phase Three.

Phase Three (Massage + verbal suggestion) 11/2 or two hours

This session consists of a bodywork session using massage integrated with verbal suggestion.

During the first 45 min we focus on relaxing the body/mind as deeply as possible, getting the mind to focus on sharing the perspective of presence of awareness.

We establish and actually live the possible relationship between presence of consciousness and body/mind. A deeper breathing pattern is established.

During the second 45 min we focus the conscious mind to deeply experience and examine three aspects of Self (silence, peacefulness and untouchability) that can always be directly experienced by the body/mind.

In a state of very deep relaxation, the conscious mind of the body is guided to examine the truth of beginninglessness, endlessness, of silence and peace, and the untouchability of presence of consciousness. The old identity of being the body/mind, accepted in a situation of helplessness and dependency in early childhood, can be replaced by this irrefutable and intense experience in the here and now. This is a process of rediscovering of what is subtle but undeniably obvious. We really are who we always have been right now.

Near the end of this session new programs regarding utilization of memory, sounds and activities as signals for Self-remembering are suggested to the subconscious mind.

The session ends with a review of the subtle but obvious differences between presence of Self and body/mind. Suggestions are made as to how to continue and integrate this de-conditioning process into everyday life, using all available sensory experiences as well as self-hypnosis.

All sensory experiences can be used to de-condition the mind and have the body/mind evolve as a tool to manifest and express the being of love and the presence of consciousness that we really are.

Phase Two and Phase Three can be offered in one single 3 hour session for (spiritually evolved) individuals with an open mind, and mental stamina and a great willingness to cut the roots of suffering.

Phase Two takes at least two hours and is a necessary prerequisite to fully utilize the Phase Three session. Sometimes clients request two consecutive Phase Two sessions before they make a conscious decision to enter Phase Three.
