Introduction to Integrated Body Work -
DeHypno-Massage

The focus of a DeHypno-Massage session is an exquisite massage, integrating a unique combination of different styles of bodywork (Esalen, Traeger, joint manipulation), with gentle and effective tools derived from hypnosis and NLP.

DeHypnotherapy helps clients to rediscover silence and peace-bliss- as their own true nature. This can be remembered through direct experience, hence the importance of direct sensory experience and contact with the body in addition to the work with the mind.

The complete Integrated Body Work- DeHypno-Massage process consists of three kinds of sessions (Phase one - three) to assist the client to gradually shift identification from being identified with body/mind to being identified as a presence of awareness/consciousness.

Phase One

While receiving the massage the client is assisted and taught through verbal suggestions how to create the physical, emotional and mental states that he/she desires.

This process also provides an introduction into self-hypnosis and a profound de-conditioning experience that the client can continue to practice in everyday life.

Phase Two

This is a DeHypnotherapy session that does not involve massage but is a verbally guided process of Self-inquiry based on direct sensory experience, supporting a new perspective, understanding and appreciation for one's life experiences on the subconscious level..

Phase Three

This one and a half to two hour bodywork session begins with a massage that is infused with verbal suggestions, inducing a state of deep relaxation. Then, conditioning received in early childhood is replaced by direct experiences in the here and now of aspects of Self that can always be observed in this moment.

Please click the link on the sidebar for a closer description of phase one, two and three.

Wherever I go
Crazy Creek glider strip
I am always HERE

Always here. Always NOONE HERE.
Who is here?

The experiences gained in Integrated Body Work can be used as a daily practice to remember ones true Self and not miss the present moment, which is the only life that actually exists. They can be used as new programs in the subconscious for Self remembering. It is possible to keep the dust of self-delusion from settling and stop deceiving ourselves believing that we are less than our Highest Truth.  This work will serve as an inspiration to expand the way we relate to our own bodies and other people. We begin to see them not as machines that need repair, but as temples of living spirit that cradle the essence of who we really are.

You'll always be just HERE
Ready to go?

Here you can find experiments that you can do to change your perspective..
