"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful
beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented,
fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?"
~Marianne Williamson, A Return to Love: Reflections on the Principles of
"A Course in Miracles," 1992

My Philosophy
I believe everyone has the power to make positive changes in his or her life.
I believe in the joy, strength, and reward to help assist and be a channel in healing for others to reclaim
their own joy and happiness, strength and compassion, empowerment and responsibility, and health and wellness.
I believe in addressing the whole person on all levels: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
I believe in fitting the technique to the person, not the person to the technique. I can draw
from a variety of healing modalities, and an individual treatment plan can be put together.
********************************************************************
I believe that either you control your attitude or it controls you.
I believe that maturity has more to do with what types of experiences you've had and what you've learned
from them, and less to do with how many birthdays you've celebrated.
I believe that it isn't always enough to be forgiven by others. Sometimes you have to learn to forgive yourself.
I believe that our background and circumstances may have influenced who we are,
but we make the final decision of the outcome.
I believe that it takes more than credentials on a wall to make a decent human being.
I believe laughter is just another form of prayer.
