Galley. Adler Barbour AC/DC freezer/fridge, Seaward Princess electric stovetop and microwave below
stove. While okay for dockside use, they've all got to go before offshore use. So far a four burner Broadwater Brigantine
stove/oven has replaced the stovetop and microwave. Galley shape allows chef to brace him/herself while staying out of the
way of projectile pots. Refer is located away from heat of stove/oven. Sinks are located on centerline for good drainage on
either tack. Water capacity is 354 gallons in four tanks.

Large chart table forward of owner's cabin, out of the way of spray from companionway, yet close enough
to cockpit. Comfortable and secure. Storage under table for full size charts. Storage under seat. Shelving to be added outboard.
Starboard settee seen forward of nav station with bookshelves on forward bulkhead. Lee cloths will be added for offshore passages.

Port dinette. Storage behind and under. Bookshelves and tiled cabin heater location on forward bulkhead.
6 gal water heater behind U-shaped settee in corner forward of galley. Table drops down to make a double berth. Stainless
mast compression post shown ties into 6" I-beam set on four 3" wide stringers.

Head and sink on port. Shower pan under grate in floor, drains to bildge. Factory 24 gallon holding tank under
sole in passageway. Hanging locker and shelves opposite on starboard.
The original aluminum holding tank located under the sole between the head and lockers on starboard had huge
holes in the bottom and the pickup tube had dropped off inside. It has since been cut out for anchor chain storage. A new
custom welded, 30 gal, 1/2" thick polypropylene tank will be fabricated and installed outboard of the new Lavac Popular head
with insulation, against the hull and behind new cabinetry. The new arrangement will allow easy servicing of the tank and
hoses in the future. The chance for odor will be redused due to shorter hose runs. Now that it is accessible due to removal
of the holding tank, a sump pump is being added to the shower pan to keep grey water out of the bilge.

Original 85 HP Perkins 4.236 diesel with just 149 hours. Excellent engine access from behind companionway
steps and aft cabin. Rivals some center cockpit boats. Room to climb in engine "room" along right side of engine (port side
of boat). Can also access steering cables from here as well as under a secure box in aft lazerette where quadrant is located.
Cockpit flooring lifts off for additional engine access/engine removal. 3Kw Onan generator at aft end of port quarter berth
(since removed). Fuel tank manifold and primary fuel filters (since replaced with dual Racors). Fuel capacity is 194 gallons
in three tanks. Coolant overflow bottle added for at-a-glance inspection behind companionway steps.

Cockpit. Perkins guages forward, along with vent and shaft brake knob. Sharp & Company Ltd "Seapilot"
points type autopilot aft and whale pump. All still working. Cockpit seats are plenty long enough to sleep on (I'm 6'1").
Note bridge deck. Steering by Yacht Specialties. Compass by Ritchie. Huge stern lazerette (You could fit a bed in there.).
I have added a stern chain locker with access from within as well as through a Spurling pipe on deck. Access to quadrant
and emergency steering through lazerette. A binnacle guard, holders and transversely mounted Edson table have been added for
safety and comfort. Existing Barient 28 ST's left in primary position. Two Andersen 58 ST's have been added
adjacent to the helm position to ease single handing. Plans are in the works to raise the helm seat area by 6" and under
it add a designated propane locker capable of holding two 20# AL tanks with drainage overboard to feed the new Broadwater
stove.
