JAVA PROBLEMS
Microsoft at one time made available its own Java support
for Internet Explorer, and it was known as the Java
Virtual Machine. However, Sun Microsystems, the original
developers of Java, commenced a legal battle with
Microsoft over this, and eventually Microsoft stopped
supporting the Java Virtual Machine, as described in this

You might still be able to find places where you can
download the JVM, although Microsoft is aggressively
working to remove JVM support from everywhere on the
internet. Consult this page for some possible download

Or you can do a search on the internet for the file
msjavx86.exe, which is the Microsoft Virtual Machine
installation file.
