Take I-45 and exit NASA Road 1 (exit 25) and head east. Follow NASA Road 1 to the end (about 4 miles) and turn right onto FM route 146. Go over the bridge, through one traffic light, and turn left as if going to the Kemah Boardwalk. Follow road until the end, and then turn right on Kipp. We're at 909 Kipp and it's on the left.
