In follow up on this we have received the below letter stating that the Governors' Office is not going to pursue this crime. Verbally the Governors' office has let us know that they are not interested.
Below this letter is the letter in referance from Everett Billingslea, former General Counsel to the Governor, showing his understanding that the Dept. of L&I has and does break, bend and ignore the laws of the State, Title 51, Industrial Insurance Act.
