Job Analysis

Below is the letter-head from the VOC performing the "Job Analyses".

This is the "Job Analyses" that was "released" to the Employer and the Dept. of L&I, allowing them to have the Claimant lift up to 20 pounds.

This is the same "Job Analyses" "released" to the Dr. and Claimant causing the Dr. to believe that the Claimant would not be lifting over 10 pounds, so that she would release the Claimant with-out restrictions.
