Notice in the first paragraph of the following letter, Mr. Mele states that there was an "agreement to remove the offending content", this is "patently false".
Review carefully the above "sub-section (c)" of the letter, is not the Attorney for the Gene Juarez Salons, Inc. stating that they are aware and admitting that the Claimant was terminated on the referred date of 08/23/2001. Clearly they are aware that it was brought to the attention of the Dept. of L&I but the Claim Manager "was not interested due to claim having been closed".
They know themselves that they, the Management, Employees, of the Gene Juarez Salons, Inc. have "engaged in behavior that is not ony fraudulent, but criminal under RCW 50.36".
