(How can the Dept. of L&I claim managers be expected to make correct determinations of the Industrial Insurance Act when they are unable to type correct letters of determination. Notice the 2 mentioned pre-existing conditions (RSD) (CRPS). They do not correctly follow the terminologies for the conditions that they represent. Neither did the claim manager do a proper review of all related information contained with-in the claim.)
