Okay, We're getting there! Kris has my comic up and updating at WLP. That's great news for me, and hopefully better for you. I'm currently overhauling the computer I used to use for my web updates, so things aren't going as smoothly as I'd like, but HERE'S A LINK to take you to the new comic. It'll be updating on Thursdays, automagically, and I'll be working hard to provide you folks with some nice juicy extras from time to time. I'll be moving my stuff from here in the next month or so(switching over to Comcast for better service), so keep your links tuned to jamesdawsey.com and you'll be able to find me!

Thanks for visiting, and I hope you enjoy your stay.

Tuesday- June 27th, 2005: Well, I'm turning over the comic updates to Kris Overstreet over at White Lightning Press. That's the big news :) This means I'll be updating the comic with ALL NEW MATERIAL soon! Isn't that great?

To ramble on randomly- I just got back from JAFAX 10- the best little Expo ever! Again, I had a great time, and felt again the enthusiasm I needed to restart this project, and hopefully keep it going this time! I Owe a great debt of thanks to Phil, Jessica, Mark, Jessica, Liz, Katie, Chris... ah, hell, you guys know who you are!

I'm going to recuperate from a falling injury for the next few days, and then get cracking some more on tearing down the old stuff on this site and replacing it with all-new art. Stay tuned!!

Yours Truly,

James Dawsey

Tuesday- August 12th: Wow! It's been a while since my last update, hasn't it? Well, that's what Automation will do for you! I hope everyone kept reading the comic, because it's been automatically updating since June!

Today, I'd like to tell you a little bit about some additions to the site. Firstly, I wanted to let you know that the News page(this one) will be updated on a weekly basis from now on, but it'll be updated on Thursdays instead of Tuesdays. Secondly, The Comic will also be updating automatically on Thursdays, so please tune in on the new day!

Finally, I wanted to herald the return of the Commission Guidelines Page! Yes, if you want your own custom artwork from me, please read the Guidelines before giving me an email! I'll be happy to draw for you, I'm sure.

Weekly Rambling: Well, this is the week of the Fight of the Century: Freddy vs. Jason! I can't wait, myself, but I'm an 80's geek, so please forgive me. On video, however, if you dig Gore and Action, do NOT miss the Japanese film "Versus" on DVD! Try to find the Director's Cut if you can. Next week, I should be announcing the release of my long-awaited Catgirl portfolio, and the upcoming Shadowchasers portfolio. See you again this Thursday!

June 24th-Yay! Once again, JAFAX kicked the major bootay! I have to give the props to Mark, James, Katie, Jessica, Jessica(yup, both of ya!), Phil, Rico, and everyone else who went above and beyond the call of duty to make JAFAX the friendliest and most enjoyable anime Festival you could ask for! I did commissions, had lots of people come to my panel(and stay through it!), and managed to win a round of Anime Pictionary against none other than Bruce Lewis. Congratulations, JAFAX, you rock my world! Today I'm decompressing from the flight home, and diving deep into the Order of the Phoenix. When I'm done with that, I'll be immersing myself in the mysteries of HTML and the deeper misteries of Keenspace, so I should finally have the comic up and running again by the end of this week! If anyone has any problems reading the comic, PLEASE email me, and let me know the exact problem, especially if you know how to fix it!

See you next Tuesday!

June 17th- Home again, home again, jiggety jig! I have just returned from Anime Mid-Atlantic, which has just become the newest Regional-sized convention on the Eastern seaboard. Wow! Great going, guys! I'm still working on my Keenspace site, so please be patient with me there, but I have another announcement to make regarding the convention this past weekend. I have a Winner from the Raffle I was running! Lucky holder of Ticket Number 915810 is the winner of a free color commission! Congratulations go to Angie Cousins! My thanks to everyone who entered, and to all the fans of my webcomic who stopped by to say 'Hi' this weekend! Love to you all! Hope to see some more of you at JAFAX this coming weekend, but for the rest of you... see you next Tuesday!

BIG NEWS! As of this past THURSDAY, I officially have a Keenspace webcomic! I'm still learning the system, so please be patient while I post the pages one by one, and figure out how to pretty up the pages to my satisfaction. Here's the link: shadowchasers.keenspace.com I'll be moving all my comic pages over there as soon as I can, but for now, please check it out and let Keenspace know I exist :) Thanks to everyone for their enthusiasm and support, it's what keeps me going! See you at Anime Mid-Atlantic this weekend! I'll see you here again next Tuesday, and then at JAFAX in Michigan, where I'll be a guest. Until next Tuesday...

UPDATE!!Hoo Boy! It's a big week for updates! Check out THIS LINK to participate in an online forum for Shadowchasers! I'm running a poll to get things started, so please vote on what kinds of artwork you like to see! Feel free to reply, and even ask story-related questions on the forum! I'll be checking it as often as I can! :)- Thursday 6/5/03
