Craig Broers, alias Craig of Farrington, plays lute and just happens to be the bass player on Ernie Plays Faire. http://www.craigminstrel.com

Ann and Rob Burns, A Reasonable Facsimile, are our favorite early music and more band. http://www.oakland.edu/~rmburns

Some Events That We Do

The Hoggetowne Medieval Faire is the first event of our performing season. We always enjoy the show and we look forward to seeing many old friends there. http://www.myflorida.com/gvl/arts_culture/

Leno Heritage Dayes is only five miles from where we live. Joyce and I play old-time music at a pre-civil war reenactment in the O'Leno State Park, Florida. www.highspringsherald.com/ articles/2005/03/03/news/news19.txt

Farm and Forest Festival at the Morningside Nature Center, Gainesville, Florida is another of the old time (1870) gigs. We fit right in. http://www.natureoperations.org/E&Pframes.htm

Jubilee College Olde English Faire was Jim's second faire and his first as a soloist. Jim invited his friends and the Gypsy Guerrilla Band has been there ever since. Antonio Albarran and his array of Middle Eastern drums joins Jim and Joyce at this Medieval faire. This is a free event ($5.00 a carload to park) and is put on by the State of Illinois. http://www.state.il.us/HPA/hs/Jubilee.htm

The Bristol Renaissance Faire is known for an abundance of very good musicians. We play at the Tuscany Tavern corner nearly all day and meet up with our musician friends at the 6:15 Minstrel's Revel.  http://www.renfair.com/bristol/index.php

The Texas Renaissance Festival is the biggest event that we do. The festival is open "Rain or Shine" and offers a variety of gardens, entertainment, food, merchants, shaded parking and public camping areas. The Gypsy Guerrilla Band plays for King Henry and his Court throughout the day and at Raven's Bend four times a day. Be sure to stay for the fireworks! http://www.texrenfest.com/
