Hey Everyone, As some of you may know, I had been working the past few years with the late Ray Charles. I was blessed to have known him, and to have had the opportunity to play guitar as part of the core band on the Concord /Hear record “Genius Loves Company,”
Ray’s last recording, featuring duets with Ray and many of his favorite fellow singers I also had the pleasure of playing with Ray for the soundtrack to the upcoming movie, “The Ray Charles Story”, starring Jamie Foxx, to be released soon. Magic Kramer is honored to have been the guitar player in the core band on Ray's final recording "Genius Loves Company", on Concord Records.

Magic played on seven tracks on this album featuring duets with Ray and some of his friends: BB King, Billy Preston, Norah Jones, Diana Krall, Natalie Cole, Willie Nelson, Michael McDonald, and James Taylor. He also contributed guitar parts on the soundtrack for the upcoming movie "Ray", the biography of Ray Charles, starring Jamie Foxx.
