The HipBone NOSI

This page is my portal for research regarding (i) the "new" warfare and (ii) the religious drivers and implications of the recent, tragic events in New York and Arlington and their sources and repercussions in Afghanistan and elsewhere. I put it together for Stephen O'Leary's seminar in games and simulation at USC's Annenberg School, and it makes no claim to completeness: I have tried to avoid the obvious in favor of some lesser known and more richly rewarding URLs, and I hope it will prove of interest even to those who have contributed one way or another to its present form.
