Hello and welcome to the Hardgainer's Short Guide to Strength and Growth, a resource for those who weren't born with mesomorphic (muscular) bodies. Please click on any of the three tabs on the left to get started.

Author's note: I'm not a professional nutritionist or physical trainer nor do I claim any of this information to be 100% effective. Everyone has different bodies that respond to different things, so what works for me may not work for you. If you have any health problems, pertaining to the heart or lungs, you should probably avoid some of my advice. I'm sharing with you what I feel has worked for me during the many years I have spent experimenting and ultimately struggling with growth of any kind of weight, be it muscle or fat, in a body that has been described as an ectomorph (ie. hardgainer with lean genes). It's been a long journey, and I hope I can save you some of the frustration that I've experienced.

Nowhere on this website will you find information that is only accessible through a payment of some sort, like so many other hardgainer sites I've encountered in the past. Everything here is free, although I do take donations if my advice actually works. :)
