The following stories and photos are from 'Chrome
Lady', whom I've had the pleasure of corresponding with and have enjoyed reading and viewing all of her submissions. She
has shared a set of 'game cam' photos that show some 'ghostly eyes' in the background similar to the ones on our 'haunting
eyes' page. Below are some of her stories and the photos for you to take a gander at.
I would love to do a paranormal investigation where she lives
after reading some of the details she has described...
My whole family has had run-ins with the paranormal our whole lives. We also have an extra keen sixth
sense. We were told once by a Cherokee Indian Chief that it was because of our Cherokee
bloodline. My great, great Grandfather was a full blooded Cherokee Indian. We've even had one spirit that would travel
from house to house among our family members. Some people don't believe in this until it happens
to them. I really don't care what they think because I know there are many mysteries yet to be solved in this world we
live in.You asked if there are any hauntings/paranormal/strange/legends in my neck of the woods
and the answer is yes. About 80 feet from where my game cam is set up there use to stand a slave shanty. It was used by sharecroppers
after the slave era. The bricks from this still work up out of the ground. The bricks were made by the slaves from red clay
that came from the field in front of my house. About a quarter mile up the road from me stands the main plantation house.
It is made of the same type red brick. The slaves built this house too. It was for sale once and I wanted to purchase it for
restoration, but my husband refused because the house has always been haunted. It was rented off and on to many people over
the years. Some of them we have known. The parents of one woman I know used to live there in the 80's. Her mother was slapped
across the face by an unseen entity one morning. It left a red human looking handprint on her cheek. Long ago there was a
woman that lived there that went crazy. She was locked in chains in a room upstairs until her death to keep her from harming
herself or others. She was said to be very violent. Her wails and chain rattling have been heard by many over the years.
The game cam in my backyard is only 20 feet from the back of my house. We often see wildlife just
by looking out our windows. They are lit by the street light close to the tree the camera is on. I can tell you what the ghostly
eyes are not because I have night pictures of deer, opossum, skunk, rabbit, coyote, house cat, dog, rabbit, squirrel, racoon,
and birds, and none of them have red eyes in my pics. I am sending you a day pic too so you will
have a comparison. Notice the small limestone rock next to the tree. The outer edge of the eye is transparent and you can
see thru it to the rock behind.

Here is another wonderful submission from Chrome
Lady....
Recently my sister told me about a woman she had seen on the Huntsville news. She had taken pictures and
had captured some kind of mist. The name of the grave yard is the Talley Cemetery. So, one night when my husband came
in from work I asked him to take me there. My husband, my sixteen year old daughter, and I pulled up to the cemetery. My daughter
stayed in the car and I made my husband get out and he leaned against the front of the car. The car wasn't running and no
lights were on.This place is at the foot of a mountain. It has no street lights and is a very dark place. I made sure my husband
wasn't smoking and I held my breath to take the pictures. I was standing about 15 feet from the car. I held my camera out
and just started snapping photos from right to left and then left to right. On the last picture what I saw made me run to
the car and want to get out of there fast. The whole time I was asking God to bless and protect us and that any spirits there
were not welcome to come home with us. I also have a picture of my husband I took when we got back home. It shows him blowing
his breath out as hard as he can. As you will see there is barely a sign of it. It was a rather warm night for the time of
the year. The next day I called my sister and told her she wouldn't believe what I had captured on film. All of a sudden she
said, "You mean you went there at night!" She proceeded to tell me that the other lady had taken day time pictures. Then I
said to her, "Why didn't you tell me that part? Stupid me had to go at midnight." When my sister saw my pictures she said
they were much better than the photos she saw on the news. So here they are.

Back when our paranormal group did an investigation at the Columbus Bellmont
