Networking & Image Development Provide
leadership and support for LGBT Affinity/ Networking Groups both at the corporate level and within local organizations to
create company image as an “Employer of Choice” for LGBT communities. Key
functional responsibilities include driving and building an energized and creative networking group, managing inter-company
and intra-company benchmarking, planning, organizational design, leadership development, and talent recruitment/retention. • Partner with Human Resources
and Corporate Communications; Share best practices from other Fortune 500 firms; Leverage HR/Diversity/Marketing strategy
and initiatives for maximum business impact; Interface with local agencies to enhance company's community presence. • Develop strategic direction for
HR business team and drive execution across business units; Implement strategy for inclusive diversity training. • Provide counseling and coaching
to Human Resources, managers, recruiters and employees. • Improve employee productivity
through respecting the individual and valuing contributions of each employee, create opportunities for employees to grow and
live their dreams. • Ultimately, attract and retain
the best people through diversity, role models, coaching/mentoring. Qualifications: • MBA, with specific training regarding
gender-related diversity issues. • Familiar and comfortable working
with various LGBT organizations. • Strong business acumen, matrix
management and marketing skills. • Excellent communication (oral
and written) and interpersonal skills. • Coaching and counseling skills,
