The IBM PS/2 P70 is a fully portable desktop PC from the late 1980's. This particular model has a 20MHz Intel 386 processor
and has been upgraded to 8MB of RAM. I've loaded Windows 95 and many other "modern" (at least for this architecture)
pieces of software. This system also has had an upgrade to SCSI and 10Mbit 3Com Etherlink III Ethernet through the
two available MCA bus slots (one being 16 and the other being 32 bit). The internal SCSI port is occupied by
an upgrade 1.0GB IBM DeskStar HDD pulled from a mid-90's AT&T PC.
I've created this page to discuss my usage of this marvel of systems design. I've provided screenshots of the software
running and will add more (including some WWW shots-yes it surfs the NET!).
