"handgun"; requires that person undergo background check & successfully complete course on handgun safety in order to obtain handgun license; provides for issuance of renewal handgun license; authorizes Attorney General's Office to adopt rules; provides requirements for issuing licenses, etc. Creates 790.0625; amends 790.25.
