Email Address Theft
I first became aware that someone has been using my e-mail address for their own illicit purposes on June 10, 2004. Unlike the person who is using my address, I never use file attachments or fragmented words.
From time to time, I receive hate mail from disgruntled radical feminists and their supporters. This recent event could very well be someone’s expression of their discontent. Yet again, it could be the work of an imposter or a common thief.
I try to reply to readers of the Abused Men’s Area by adding my answer to their own e-mail message to me. I do this as a matter of authentication. Occasionally, I do write to newspapers regarding information of public importance. However, your mail to me remains a private matter.
New Additions and UpdatesAbout nine months ago (September 2006) a woman wrote to me about a condition that she could not understand. I thought about what she wrote and immediately understood that this was a severe form of Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) called Postmenstrual Disphoric Disorder (PMDD). My delay was that I answered countless letters. Somewhere, someone was using my e-mail address to falsely represent their self as me. Identification theft is now common and rampant. I consider PMDD not to be a choice but an affliction that can be assuaged and sometimes cured.
I coined the term, Social Alienation Syndrome, because I wanted to describe social alienation outside the context of relationship and gender. Social Alienation Syndrome is not an illness. It is the set of behaviors designed to estrange the relationship between society and a person or a group of people. These behaviors can those of the radical feminists, their supporters, or their believers.
My paper, Adultery, defines the term in modern context. I did so because California law, as presented on its official web site, does not define properly define adultery. It defines adultery as incest.
California law speaks of incest but not to the degree of consanguinity. Nevada and Arizona also refer to ‘Consanguinity’. It a term that is used to define the familial degrees of relationship. This is important in matters of incest where the sole purpose was to prevent genetic inbreeding.
In its current state, California law does not protect an innocent spouse from his or her adulterous spouse. When an adulterous spouse falsely accuses an innocent spouse of adultery, it more than likely that the accuser is projecting his or her own guilt of adultery.
At the request of a correspondent, I wrote The Worsening Cycle of Abuse. This is a short paper that advocates the termination of a relationship at the first sign of abuse.
Dishonest Domestic Violence Guidelines is an amalgam of Massachusetts guidelines and California law addressing the notion of probable cause. Child sexual abuse addresses this important topic. Anyone who works with children or who has been falsely accused of child molestation should read this paper.
I consider the notion of immunity is among the greatest threats to our society because it places privilege above fidelity. I decided to rewrite my essay on immunity a few weeks ago and I found two useful Supreme Court decisions. Social workers have maintained that they have quasi prosecutorial immunity and prosecutors have maintained that they have absolute immunity from lawsuit. The first case does not seem to offer much hope until one reads the dissenting decision. In the second case, the Supreme Court rejected to notion of absolute prosecutorial immunity for prosecutors who lie under oath. Please click here to see my paper on immunity and references to these two Supreme Court decisions.
I have added two tables. One presents some of the symptoms of abuse and the other presents the traits of an abusive person. Both tables are gender neutral and apply to traditional and same gender relationships.
The hot item for the last three years is paternity law reform. Some jurisdictions reject it. Though this paper does give some good advice, it is not complete.
A Brief Description of The Abused Men's Area
Some do not like the truth but I say it. This is what I do without any oath, pledge or requirement. Our courts and its officers have a long history of withholding evidence, lying, and falsifying records and hearing tapes. These individuals and other professionals have established a bizarre court system that is a result of their personal immunity and their power to encourage perjury.
Through their desire to oppress males, radical feminists have caused an increase in the numbers of falsely accused men. The activities of these groups include creating false statistics. They lie about rape, child abuse, domestic violence, and create sadistic pornography. The centerpiece of their argument is their fictitious concept of male privilege that allows men to abuse women. They ignore the fact that some women do lie and some women promote violence against men. Radical feminists oppose shelters for men. This short essay reveals some new statistics on domestic violence and the reasons for having shelters for men and their children. Please click here to see that paper.
Previously, I reviewed two national estimates and one British estimate on domestic violence. Then I reviewed a national study on child abuse using data that came from Child Protective Service agencies around the country. I came to the conclusion that women are more likely than men to abuse family members (Statistics on Family Violence and Abuse.) The real number was not 4 millions and it was not nearly 900,000. The actual number of reported cases was 876,340 and no one can say how many of those cases were false reports or cases of women battering and molesting women (Please read "The Right to Privacy" by Ms. Ellen Alderman and Ms. Caroline Kennedy).
Since I published my experiences about my ex-wife's addiction to violence, many have come forward and said that my essay (Abusive and Violent Women in Relationships) described a daughter-in-law or someone they knew. The words they most often used were 'eerie' and 'chilling'. I have recently added a paper that offers advice to abused men.
One person asked me, how do you know when you are being abused. The answer is that when one feels uncomfortable in a relationship that is the time to end it. I wrote (The Behavioral Traits of an Abusive Person and the Signs of Abuse) to provide additional material that should help abused men survive abusive and violent relationships. I then wrote a paper on personality and mood disorders as they may relate to false allegations of domestic violence and abuse. My experience suggests that Borderline Personality Disorder may play a major role in these incidents.
The courts and court personnel are openly hostile to men. Too many embrace the notion that men must be villains and women must be victims. Too many times I have heard and read the mindless phrase "blaming the victim." The bigger the lie a woman tells, the more likely that the courts will award all the property and custody of the children to her.
Most people do not know what to expect from the legal system so I wrote a paper about it. My essay, "In The Courtroom", addresses a number of topics. The two most important topics are how to deal with court papers and your personal testimony. This paper can protect your rights. Furthermore, I encourage readers to examine the reports of the San Diego Grand Jury and the testimony of Alan M. Dershowitz before Congress.
Judges, attorneys, and other professionals have established a bizarre court system that is a result of their personal immunity and their power to encourage perjury. The California legislature has encouraged perjury by empowering the courts to punish suspected victims of family violence.
Public officials should not have to report every gift they receive otherwise, they would be involved with reporting rather than performing their official duties. A table of consanguinity, can be used to define the circumstances where a public official does not have to report gifts from certain relatives.
