My name is Susie Graber.  I make cloth and wooden dolls. I have been carving wooden dolls since 1996. I have been making cloth dolls for over 40 years.  I have carved over 30 Hitty dolls, several peg wooden and tuck comb dolls and several Sisi dolls.  I have been a member of The United Federation of Doll Clubs through the Northeast Kansas Doll Club since 1994. My husband, Vaughn,  makes travel cases for Hitty and Bleuette and my father in law, Orval, carves the designs on the cases.  My husband makes wooden desks for Hitty and kits for carving Hittys. I have doll carving sessions at my house whenever there is a group of people interested in learning to carve. There is no charge for the carving lessons.
