MiLa Properties, Hammerly Plaza, Houston, Texas
and Phillip R. Rivers Architects
have begun studies of the renovation of Hammerly Plaza Shopping Center at
Gessner Road and Hammerly Boulevard. The scope of the work at the multi-tenant
facility will include the revision of a two story office space, the covered
walks and storefronts. Also included is the addition of a new retail
building on a western outparcel.
Kingsland Office
Building
are providing contract document services for this 16,000 s.f. office building
designed by Heptig Architects in west Houston.
TPCW - Pearland
are providing
contract document services for this 3,000 s.f. Retail / Warehouse for Texas
Pride Car Wash designed by Heptig Architects in west Houston.
