Kali Ray (left) has received international recognition for her teaching of TriYoga®, a flowing approach to hatha yoga
practice that integrates asana, pranayam, and meditation. She is the senior disciple of Sri Ganapathi Sachchidananda (right).
She attributes her practice to the spontaneous flow of prana awakened by her guru.
Sri Karunamayi (below left) visited Ohio in 2006. Karunamayi inspired and guided our recitations of the Moksha (liberation)
mantra.
