Here's an example of what to expect when you apply for awards on the HHH Net.

1) The entries are in alphabetical order using STATE. You can easily tell if all states are represented -- or duplicated -- this way, but you can't if you order it with numbers.
2) This IS INDEED the actual 50-50 form available on the HHH web page (see aqua and red lettering, top-right), cleaned up so the text fits on one page. If you don't believe me, study the one below then look at the one on the HHH web page: http://www.hhhnet.net/50-50appli.html
3) As of the date of the form shown, there were NO written [forms] instructions provided on the HHH web page. There still may not be any.
4) There was no verbal guidance given by the award administrator as of date shown.
5) Note all scribbles, right & bottom, that would have been discouraging to someone starting in the hobby or needing assistance with the required forms/applications for the net.

It's no wonder that so few want to join our hobby!
