They did it and so can I...
You had to be on another planet not to know that the World Series
Champs are the Boston Red Sox. This eight decade gap since a win like this has encouraged me to go back on an "eating
well" kick. I went on the South Beach Diet.
I'm two days in and all is going well. I've curbed my sweet tooth with sugar free gelatin
snacks and a diet tea drink. Since, I didn't read the book I don't know if the diet tea drink is okay, but I have it
in bits and pieces, so it can't be too bad. I'll keep you all posted.

Early day...
Even though I began my workday at 4 AM, I can take comfort
in the fact that the Sox won again. Why on why am I here at work - oh, yeah I have stuff to do, well after a quick jot in my horrible, deprived blog.
Everyone have a great day!!!

Travel is done...
The moment I think I am done traveling - I realize I'm not.
But, finally I am through!!! So, it will be home, work, work, home until January 2005.
So, what have I not been able to tell you??? Well, I got my LSAT score back and it was
what I expected - LOW!!! Will I get into law school, only God knows. I am still not sure if I am going to apply
this year, wait under year or take the LSAT again. Enough on that drama.
I saw Avenue Q and it was fabulous!!! I rushed with my friend CKY on my last day in NYC after my work trip and we got the tickets
- front row center. We were both so happy and I still am!!! During the show I spotted the cutest thing - John Tartaglia. Please check this talented cutie out.
In the end I leave you with the phrase - Go, Sox!!!

Update...
So, the LSAT (for now) is done. I get my scores in a lovely
e-mail on October 25th - I am so nervous it is ridiculous. But, whatever happens, happens. I have no way at the
moment to figure out if I did well, semi-well or poorly on the exam. I just know that the October 2nd exam is over and
I can finally breathe normally again. I guess the pressure should be off somewhat because I am only applying to one
law school. And regardless if I get into that particular law school or not I am going to move to that state
any way.
On the weight loss front, forget about it. I'm at my all-time high and I am okay with
it. Not happy, but okay. I know that for health reasons I should shed the pounds, but the motivation isn't there.
I'm just going to take it one moment at a time and see what occurs.
As for the hair and trying to go natural - here are the figures. 10 months since I had
my hair relaxed, so 10 months of braids...so 10 months of hair-pulling agony. I need to stop the agony before I
go bald - I walk into the salon and tell them to cut off all the hair that still has perm in it and they suggest that I take
the gradual approach - so I listen, so in a month I will get the remainder one to two inches cut off and I have two options
go around with an afro or ceramic flat-iron hair...this will be interesting to say the least.
So folks, that is where I am at and I will be posting more on a regular form now on.
