- Sandwich Line at
Cathedral
The Cathedral is in need of some people to help make sandwiches for the sandwich line. The commitment
is to come to the Cathedral on Sunday afternoon, make sandwiches two Sundays a month. It’s mostly two Sundays
some months it’s three Sundays. We make the Sandwiches and bag them up to be handed out during the week.
If anyone out there feels that this is something they could commit to it would be great -- and its fun! We complete
the sandwich making and have enough time to go to mass that evening. If anyone is interested they should contact Mary Ellen
Lederman, Parish Administrator, 303-831-7010x16 melederman@denvercathedral.org
- Samaritan House
Assistance
They need all sort of volunteers such as help in the kitchen, working with the residents, and taking care
of the children while the parents attend classes. The Samaritan House helps the homeless obtain government support and a way to take care of
themselves. The homeless eventually get their own home and jobs, etc. so that they could help feed and support their
families after spending a few months at the Samaritan House. There are numerous homeless children there. Our
support keeps these people alive; it gives them a chance at life again. Please contact: Fr. Michael Suchnicki Samaritan
