Because both married and single people participate, we believe that we have a good environment where we can learn from
each other.
We have a wide range ages from college age to the 50s, with most people between 20s and 40s.
No matter your age, we welcome anyone to join us for our activities.
While the majority of our members are Catholic, this is not a requirement.
Our four areas of activities that allow us to grow and practice the Catholic faith:
Spiritual:
Provides spiritual aid and support in the form of prayer, bible study, adoration, special Masses and retreats along
with other services necessary to enhance our faith. Some examples are our weekly
adoration, monthly participation in Theology on Tap, bi-yearly retreats, study of JPII writings
and books.
Service:
Allows us to be of service to the community as a whole in assisting in projects that require our help. We have
assisted with citywide efforts such as “Rebuilding Denver” and “Compa Food Ministry” as well as large
clean up, landscaping, and other projects for the Maternity of Mary Home, Birthline, and Broadway Assistance Center.
Outdoor:
Helps us to come together and enjoy God’s great outdoors through activities such as camping and cabin trips in
the mountains and hikes of varying difficulties. We have also had ski and snowshoeing
trips as well as volleyball and flag football.
Social:
Gives us the opportunity to gather as friends through a variety of events. We have several monthly meetings
and an occasional potluck and picnic to aid this aspect such as a social on the 2nd Sunday of each month at the Cathedral,
a monthly fun night on the 4th Friday, and a monthly Happy Hour.
