Cayucos Ranch Rules:

  • NO smoking out of your car and NO open fires.
  • The BULLS have the right of way and need to be given a W-I-D-E berth.
  • ANYONE caught harassing the cattle or horses will immediately be asked to leave.
  • NO dogs off leash outside the trial arena -- ever! – if we catch you, you will be asked to leave!

Directions to the Windsong Ranch arena:

from the  SOUTH:

from Southern California take 101 North. Transition to Highway # 1-North at San Luis Obispo. You will travel thru San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay and Cayucos.  After passing thru the town of Cayucos you will make a RIGHT on Villa Creek Rd.

 

from the NORTH:

from Northern California take Highway 101-south until you come to Highway 46-west (Hearst Castle, Cambria Exit). You will stay on Hwy 46 for 22 miles until Highway 1. At Hwy 1, go south. You will travel about 10 miles and make a LEFT on Villa Creek Rd.

Once on Villa Creek Road, the arena is on the left about 1/2 mile from Highway #1 and is set back from the road.  

To reach the arenas you must pass thru several gates and a bull pasture. Look out for cattle and PLEASE close all gates.

Motels: Cayucos is a heavy tourist area. If you need a motel, you will need to book your rooms ASAP.
