Overnight entries are not necessary. The ASCA rules state entries will be filled by
“postmark date order”
No entry will be accepted if postmarked prior to the opening date. Entries
will open August 1st. Please include your email address for faster confirmation of entries. I will NOT
be sending US postal confirmations or call to give verbal confirmations. Pre-entries close and must be postmarked no later than August 6th. Any entry postmarked after the closing date will be accepted
at the day of trial entry fee, provided there is space available. Day of trial entries will be taken, space permitting, and
will be taken from 7:00am to 7:30am both days.
CLASSES: Advanced, Open, Novice,
Junior, and Started.
AWARDS: High
Combined Awards will be given along with High Class awards
Miscellanous Items:
There will NOT be food available at the trial site for lunch. The closest restaurant
is in the town of
Cayucos, several miles away.
ALL ASCA Rules and Regulations will be enforced.
All entries must be on an the current official ASCA
entry form.
Bitches in season WILL run in order.
Run order will be posted day
of trial.
Individuals will
be responsible for any damage done to the stock and/or equipment.
Entries
will not be refunded for any reason after pre-entries close. Please don’t ask.
Warren’s Ranch Rules:
NO SMOKING OUT OF YOUR CAR AND NO OPEN FIRES.
The BULLS have the right of way and need to be given a W-I-D-E berth.
ANYONE caught hassling the cattle or horses will immediately be asked to leave – they are
NOT pets.
NO dogs off leash outside the trial
arena -- ever! – if your dog is caught off leash, you may be asked to leave. This includes running your dogs on the hill.
