Developed and delivered EDP Audit and Control seminars for Finance and IS personnel. Initiated the development of computer aided audit tools and techniques, reducing the time and cost of auditing while improving the quality of audit findings.

Program Manager for the development of multinational order administration systems for General International Area (GIA, includes Japan, South Pacific, Canada, and other non-European countries). Provided leadership for the cross-geographic integration of information architectures. Developed prototype information systems architecture that became the basis for major multinational cross-functional business processes.

Responsible for restructuring of major business functions, leading high performance teams of systems and business analysts. Reduced cost for major systems migration (from 11/70 to VAX/VMS) by $1.3 million. Redesigned and automated support operations reducing staff from nine people to one person.
