| Tee started out as the runt of
the litter. When the others in the litter had their tails docked,
the vet sent him home telling us to bring him back in a week if he was
still around. Well, he grew & became known as 'Tuff Calvin' for
a while because of his spunky nature.
In the field, he had a ground eating stride
& classic style on point. He needed the motivation of having
birds around - and when he was in 'hunt mode' there wasn't another who
could top him.
In the show ring, he & Buster
competed side by side. He went Best of Breed at the Minnesota
Specialty over eleven Champions - from the bred-by class. He then
came back to finish his title at another Minnesota Specialty (beating out
Jay for the points).
He always had the sweetest disposition - he
loved everyone.
What can we say - he was 'Totally Cool'
