In the ring he had an exceptional gait - you really had to be in shape to keep up with Jay!  A friend once said I should put him on a long lunge line & just stand in the middle of the ring & let him go around.  He finished with a sweeps win & a specialty major.

If you were considered one of his buddies, he'd tell you all about his day when he saw you.  He was quite the conversationalist.

We had one litter out of him that had some exceptional pups in it.  Unfortunately, he developed a bacterial infection in his intestine that caused his early death.
