We are requesting your consideration of
a cash donation to the AKC Canine Health Foundation to be used for the Donor Advised Fund: "AWS Partners - Epilepsy" to enable us to pursue our goal to improve the health
of the American Water Spaniel.
ANY
DONATION, GREAT OR SMALL, WOULD BE DEEPLY APPRECIATED. These donor Advised Funds are health funds restricted to a breed or
special health purpose by a donor. They will not be used for any other purpose.
ALL DONATIONS ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE as allowable by the law for your tax status.

We are requesting your consideration of
a cash donation to the AWS Partners Fundraiser Fund to be used for "seed money" in creating new fundraisers. There are
many expenses incurred in running a fundraising program. Your donation would be of great assistance in reducing
our out-of-pocket expenses to support these events.
