As of late September 2005, ASP Wholesale began accepting order from retail stores. On the publisher pages you will see the
fine publishers we represent and the titles they offer. Many of these titles are not available elsewhere. Expect additional
publisher to join us on an on-going basis.
Stores who request will get a weekly email of just-out and forthcoming titles. This list will also be on this site.
We will be listening to your requests and references for new small publishers. If their books are saleable, no publisher
is too small. When a new publisher comes to your store with as little as a single title, refer them to us! Your store needs
these books and so do our family of stores around the country.
PUBLISHERS NOT CARRIED
If publishers have exclusive distributors, we encourage you to shop directly with them. We will not be carrying titles

We are sorry if this causes an inconvenience, but carrying an inventory from distributor books is a part of what led to
other wholesalers to go under. We will not repeat this mistake.
ORDERING
Orders will be accepted by email or fax. We will not have a toll-free number or an interactive website. Telephone orders
are discouraged.
Titles will be sold at a 40% discount (older titles may be sold at an additional discount, on request of the publisher).
Orders billing at S200 (excluding back orders) will get free freight via FedEx Ground.
We will gladly back order and when books come in let you know by email so that if you wish you can add to the order to
bring down your shipping costs.
Stores known to us may open an account immediately. New customers will be emailed a credit form so that no time need be
lost.
SHIPPING
We will gladly use the shipper of your choice. However, we get a volume discount from FedEx Ground, which we will pass
on to you. All shipments not designated otherwise will ship this method.
PAYMENT
Payment is due in 30 days from invoice. Accounts running over 60 days will not get additional shipments. Accounts running
over 90 days will go into collection and any future orders will only be accepted C.O.D. We cannot finance your store!
Stores outside the North American continent must pay by credit card, with payment at time of shipping, at no extra charge.
In-country stores paying by credit card will pay a 3% surcharge for credit card clearance.
RETURNS
Returns of books will be accepted with no re-stocking fees, but you must fax or email to us a list of books you wish to
return and get a returns permission number. Books that do not come with a return permission slip or arrive in poor condition
and books that were not purchased from us or are out of print will be destroyed and no credit granted.
