 Here are some photos of puppies
that I have produced over the past eleven years. Each one
has it's own story from
birth to adolescence, continuing on to adulthood.
With very few exceptions, I personally held every single one of these
little
guys as they took their first breaths. My adventure with
Siberians
has resulted in countless hours of lost sleep while crouching beside
very
pregnant mothers about to drop. (Usually you spend two or
three
nights wide awake waiting, and once fatigue takes over and you must
doze
off for just a moment or two, THAT is when the fun begins!!) Siberians
are
excellent mothers, and usually the worrying on my part is all for
nothing.
They do all the work, but I lose all the sleep. The photos here
of
people taking home their new puppies are my favorites. There is
nothing
like seeing a life come into the world and then leave here to go to a
new
home. The wonderful and kind people who decide to take one of our
kids
are very special to me, and most are now treasured friends.

The
Shadow/Neesa/Odin Story:
Once a girl named Neesa left here to live with her friend Shadow (who came from another breeder) in far away San Jose. Shadow suffered from epilepsy, and tragically passed away even though he was a young dog. Neesa was very sad, and missed Shadow very much. Her Dad and Mom also missed Shadow, and came to Neesa's breeders to help them find another puppy to be Neesa's friend. Soon Odin was born, and he came to live with Neesa. Odin and Neesa love each other, and he is growing up and trying to fill those big pawprints left by the wonderful Shadow, who will forever be missed. |
