Daniel Epps was born in England, buried at London 26 June 1630; married in Essex, England, Martha Reade, born at Wickford, Essex, died at Ipswich MA in 1662, daughter of Col. Edmund and Elizabeth (Cooke) Reade and sister of Elizabeth, wife of John Winthrop Jr.

Martha married second in England about 1637 Samuel¹ Symonds (see LOW Family); they had four children, and lived at Ipswich.

3. Martha, b. in England, bur. London 31 May 1628.
4. Mary, bp. St. Olave's parish, London, 8 Oct. 1629, d. Gloucester MA 21 July 1692; m. c1662 Peter Duncan, b. c1630, d. Gloucester 16 May 1716, son of Nathaniel and Elizabeth Duncan: 8 Duncan ch.
