Revised October 8, 1998
Entry foyer with staircase typical of Georgian and Colonial Revival style. Ironically, our
Stevens Point, Wisconsin house, in a totally different architectural style, had a similar staircase which we believed was installed to
"modernize" the house during an early 20th century "remuddling".
Dining room with fireplace as it appeared when we moved in.
Our Putnam Street house photographed in early spring, 1998, the day our purchase offer was
accepted.
We took possession of this house at the end of May, 1998, visited twice in June, and moved
here permanently in mid-July.
Built approximately 1905. Located in the
Farrington's Grove
Historic District, a neighborhood listed
on the National Register of Historic Places.
Exterior style Georgian Revival.

front entrance porch.
