Game World Generalities
A game is not just a combination of rules and actions. Background and genre have an important place as well. As with most things, I prefer to be up front about what the world will be like. Some people do not enjoy horror. Some people can't get into superheroes. Such is life. I don't want to make them guess whether this will be a game they can enjoy.
