Welcome to the 8 Squared Chess Club's web site. We are dedicated to promoting the game of chess.
Chess is a fun game that requires cunning, strategy, and endurance. We host weekly meeting, tournaments and special
events. Members have the priviledged usage of quality chess sets, clocks, and a limited library of chess books.
8 Squared Chess holds weekly meetings every Monday from 7:30 pm until 10:30 pm except during the months of November and December.
Barnes & Noble of Fayetteville, NC has been gracious enough to host our meetings in coffee shop area. So, you can
grab a cup of the best coffee in Fayetteville (Starbucks) or a refreshment of your choice and then we'll see you at the chess
boards.
